App Design
Best Eats
The given prompt was to be able to create an app that could benefit society in a positive way. This then led to the selection of creating an app that will help people become more aware of what food choices are healthier when eating through fast food restaurants.
Approaching this project the concept was to be able to create an app that is easy to navigate. The reason for this being that usually when people decide to eat fast food its due to them not having much time to cook so ability to quickly navigate through the app is crucial. Another element that was very important while brainstorming this concept was how the information was to be displayed the goal was to give the user infromation about different meals and how healthy they are without overriding them with numbers and statistics.
Personas
Steven persona is much more active while Anthony is a more stay at home type of person. They both have a fair understanding of how use technology and and to navigate moblile app however Anthony is bit better in that aspect than Steven. Both share the issue of not having enough time to prepare their own meal which is exactly why they are coming to this app.

User Scenarios
Flow Chart
The flowchart below was develped to keep in mind how the user may navigate through the app in a simplified way. This was done to get clarity on the path that was going to be taken when creating the app and to make a better understanding of how the user will navigate through it.
Scenario
For this scenario the persona that was decided to be use was Steven Sweat. He is faced of not having enough time be able to make a healthy meal because of his lack of time. The user just finished an intense workout and needs something that won't ruin his progress healthwise.

Final Design and Conclusion
Conclusion
Overall I would call the project a success I think the overall app functions just as it was intended to. This was definitely one of the more challenging designs this semester, but showed plenty to me as a designer. Some new experiences I picked up were understanding how to prototype better and a better understanding of Adobe XD.
